Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are designed with gentle, naturally derived ingredients to soothe and support sensitive skin. We avoid harsh additives and always recommend a patch test before full use, especially if you're prone to reactions.

Are your products 100% natural?

We focus on clean, holistic formulations — using natural and naturally derived ingredients wherever possible. To ensure safety and shelf life, we use minimal, eco-certified preservatives like phenoxyethanol. Every ingredient has a carefully thought out purpose and is clearly listed on our labels.

Do you test on animals?

Never. Minral is 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who do.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our range is vegan. Any exceptions (such as products containing ethically sourced honey) are clearly labeled. We're fully transparent so you can shop with confidence.

How long will it take to see results?

While results vary for each person many customers notice improvements in given areas and overall vitality within 2–3 weeks of consistent use. For best results, follow the instructions closely and give your body time to adjust.

Can I mix Minral with other health and skincare products?

Yes, but we suggest introducing new products gradually to avoid overloading your skin/body.

How are your products made?

All Minral our products are made in the U.S. in small batches at FDA-compliant, GMP-compliant facilities. Each batch is quality-tested before being shipped.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What now?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, reach out via our contact form with your name and the email you used at checkout, and we’ll resend your order details.

Please note we are unable to resend confirmations of orders made through tiktok shop as all order information and support is done via TikTok's order help system.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number or email. Once shipped, orders can’t be altered or cancelled. Please note we are unable to cancel orders made via TikTok shop.

At the moment, we ship within the U.S, but we’re working on expanding.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery can take up to 2–4 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once it's on the way.

What’s your return policy?

What if my product arrived damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
